Yoga teacher training
We will run our second teacher training in January 2023! This teacher Training is a collaboration between Yoga Sacred Space and 360 Hot yoga, it will combine online learning with in-person weekends/master classes spread over 9 months.
What do you need to apply?
All we ask is you bring an inquisitive mind, a good attitude, and a kind heart. This training course is open to anyone who wants to go deeper into yoga, not just for aspiring teachers. Its for anyone who has ever thought about exploring yoga on a deeper level.

About the Course:
Teresa Murphy Moore the Director of this course has used her 15 years of teacher training experience to create a one-of-a-kind online training course. 360 teachers Clare and Paul will run in person live weekends, and Teresa will also host in-person Master classes throughout the training. The in-person training will take place over a 9- month period in 2023 dates to follow shortly.
The teaching team:
Teresa Murphy Moore the Director of this course has used her 15 years of teacher training experience to create the online content for this training. Teresa will also lead in person days where each student will get a chance to learn from her wealth of knowledge in Sanskrit, Philosophy, Mantra and asana - focusing on Bhakti flow.
Clare Larkin has completed her 500 advanced teacher training in 2022 with Amy Ippoliti training school Vesilify, she is passionate about functional movement and body mechanics, and how we can teach yoga to everybody's body!
Paul Groome will bring his 12 years of teaching and teach the students how to sequence classes for Hatha & Vinyasa. Paul has a brilliant sense of humour making each training day great fun.
Sarah Forsyth will introduce the students to the practice of Yin. Sarah has over 500hrs training in the practice of Yin and has assisted on the yin space teacher training in Dublin.

The online training material will have 200hr of teacher training content, beautiful downloadable manuals. a library of yoga classes, yoga nidra and meditations, asanas videos and access to the goddess website where you'll learn about a sugar free healthy lifestyle!
