Classes

Absolute Hot Yoga
The Absolute Sequence is based on a combination of Hatha and Ashtanga postures, aimed at building both strength and flexibility.

This 50-posture sequence is particularly well suited to beginners, and with modifications, it can also provide a challenging class for more advanced students. Designed to offer a full-body workout, our teachers at 360° Hot Yoga will guide you through the sequence with fantastic energy.

They will encourage you to give your best effort, while emphasising that it’s important not to push yourself to the point of pain.

The room temperature is set at 36°C.

In our classes, we prioritise enjoyment and encourage interaction, creating an environment where students feel safe to ask questions about any of the poses.

Yin Yoga
Yin Yoga is a contemplative and slow-paced style that involves holding passive yoga poses for an extended period. In this practice, postures are typically sustained for several minutes, allowing the muscles to relax and targeting the body's deep connective tissues, such as tendons, fascia and ligaments. The emphasis on longer holds encourages a meditative and introspective experience.

For beginners, poses may be held for up to five minutes, while more experienced practitioners might extend this to ten minutes or more. The primary goal of Yin Yoga is to apply moderate stress to the connective tissues, promoting joint circulation, flexibility and overall well-being.

Yin Yoga is particularly suitable for individuals looking to complement more dynamic and active styles of yoga.
At 360° Hot Yoga, we welcome beginners and encourage students to personalise their practice, respecting the unique needs of their bodies. Our classes are thoughtfully designed to provide a varied and refreshing experience each time you step onto the mat.

POWER PILATES
Power Pilates is a high-intensity approach to Pilates, delivered by instructors who are not only certified Pilates experts but also qualified personal trainers and yoga teachers.
Their diverse expertise is integrated into every session to create a well-rounded experience.
While each class is unique, the consistent focus remains on core principles.
In these sessions, you’ll perform exercises that aim to strike a balance between strength and flexibility across all major muscle groups.
The emphasis is on challenging the core with each movement.
Our classes combine the Classical Pilates Method with creative variations, incorporating props and light weights for a dynamic and effective workout.

Vinyasa Flow
Vinyasa Flow Yoga emphasises seamless transitions between postures, encouraging continuous and fluid movement.
The sequence flows through a standard set of poses that can be adapted and refined as each student’s ability develops. As students progress, they have the opportunity to incorporate a variety of intermediate-level postures.

Vinyasa Yoga is accessible to practitioners of all levels, from beginners to advanced.
The room is heated to 28°C, and the dynamic nature of the practice generates significant internal heat.
These classes are always varied, breaking down each element clearly to empower everyone to practise with confidence.

Pregnancy Yoga
Gentle Physical Exercise
Tailored specifically for pregnant women, our yoga classes focus on gentle movements that help strengthen and tone muscles, improve flexibility, and enhance overall physical well-being.
Preparation for Labour
Through specific yoga postures and breathing exercises, our classes aim to equip expectant mothers with tools to navigate the challenges of labour more effectively. Learning to relax and stay present can contribute to a more positive birthing experience.
Postnatal Recovery
The benefits of pregnancy yoga extend beyond childbirth. Strengthening the core muscles and maintaining flexibility can support a smoother postnatal recovery.
Mind–Body Connection
Through breathwork and mindfulness, mothers-to-be can cultivate a sense of calm and inner peace, preparing both mentally and emotionally for childbirth.
Pelvic Floor Work
Pregnancy yoga targets the pelvic floor muscles, promoting strength and flexibility. This can be especially beneficial during labour and in postnatal recovery.
Relief from Discomfort
As the body undergoes changes, discomfort can arise. Our classes include postures and techniques to help relieve common pregnancy-related issues such as back pain, swollen ankles and tight shoulders.
Community Support
Joining a pregnancy yoga class creates a supportive environment with like-minded individuals who are sharing a similar journey. Connecting with others can offer valuable emotional support and a strong sense of community.

Chair Yoga
Chair Yoga is a gentle and accessible form of yoga that is practised while seated on a chair or using a chair for support.
It is ideal for those with limited mobility, balance challenges, or anyone recovering from injury.
This style of yoga allows individuals to experience the benefits of movement, stretching and breathwork without the need to get down on the floor.

Chair Yoga focuses on improving flexibility, strength, posture and circulation.
Each session includes mindful breathing, guided relaxation and adapted yoga poses designed to suit all levels of ability.

Whether you are new to yoga or looking for a more supported practice, Chair Yoga offers a safe and welcoming environment to reconnect with your body, calm the mind and enhance overall well-being.
