360 encourages people in kindness, we have created a space that makes everyone feel welcome, included and seen! Haven't found your yoga tribe were waiting for you at 360.

360 Hot Yoga is 8 years old! Its a beloved yoga  & Pilates studio. We are big into community, with amazing teachers and students.  We love having fun and making each class an awesome experience! All classes are suitable for Beginners. we are a hot yoga studio, we are the first yoga studio to use infrared heat technology to heat the room, making it a very pleasant experience.

ABSOLUTE HOT
YOGA
Practicing Yoga

The Absolute Sequence is based on Hatha and Ashtanga postures combined to build strength as well as flexibility. This 50 posture sequence is ideal for beginners, and with modifications, can also provided a challenging class for advanced students. This class is designed to provide a full body work out. The teachers at 360 will guide you through this class with fantastic energy, they will encourage you to work to 100%, but not to go to a place of pain. The temperature is 36 degrees. We like to have fun in our classes we encourage interaction so that the student feels safe to ask any questions about the poses.

Yoga on the Beach

We are so happy to team up with the amazing Terresa Murphy Moore for this incredible teacher training.

Terresa has over 15 years experience in leading teacher trainings. Clare and Paul from 360 will also be hosting 5 in-person weekends bringing there unique Yoga experience to this training too. To find out more go to our Yoga teacher training page or go to Yoga sacred space.

YOGA
Yoga Practice

Yin yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga with postures, that are held for longer periods of time—for beginners, it may range from 45 seconds to two minutes; more advanced practitioners may stay in one asana for five minutes or more. Yin yoga poses apply moderate stress to the connective tissues of the body—the tendons, fascia, and ligaments—with the aim of increasing circulation in the joints and improving flexibility. This type of yoga is perfect for begginers, at 360 we encourage our students to find there own practise and work around there body. These classes are always different to keep your practise fresh.

POWER 
PILATES

Power Pilates is a high intensive form of pilates, both our teachers are also personal trainers, & yoga teachers. They bring all their trainings into the room. each class is different but always focus on the core principles.

In the classes you will work on balancing all muscle groups' strength and flexibility, with an emphasis on challenging the core muscles with each movement. Classes will blend the Classical Pilates Method with exercise variations and by using props and light weights.

VINYASA
FLOW
Yoga Class

Vinyasa Flow yoga brings a fluid movement between each posture. The series of yoga flows through a standard series of postures that can be adjusted and improved upon as the students ability develops.As students advance they can begin to introduce a number of Intermediate Series postures. Vinyasa Yoga can be practiced by all levels from beginners to advanced. the room is heated to 28 degrees in vinyasa flow as it builds up at lot of heat all on its own ;-) These classes are always different. breaking down each element individually so that everyone can practise with confidence.

PARENT & BABY
Massage
Baby Yoga

Our teacher Áine is a nurse and Mother who is very passionate about the benefits of Mom and Baby Message. She likes to focus on helping babies relax and ease colic and wind. You will go away with a wonderful gift that will allow you to communicate with your baby through touch and song for years to come. The classes are a safe space for parents to share and learn together through the class itself and by the emphasis Áine places on giving support to one another. Each class ends with time to discuss different tips and share advice with one another – it’s more
than just a massage class, it's a social outlet for parents too.
The classes are completely baby led, so your baby can cry, laugh, sleep or feed depending
on their mood! Suitable from birth to one-year old.

The classes are 1hr with time to chat afterwards and the course is taught over 5 weeks.
Most health insurers will allow you to claim up to €100 back on the cost of the massage
classes.
