Paul is a passionate yoga teacher, co-owner of 360, and a creative soul with many talents.
A father of two, IT geek, and drummer in a band, Paul brings a grounded yet playful energy to everything he does.
He’s been practicing yoga for over 20 years and teaching for 15, inspired by the transformative benefits it brings to both body and mind.

Paul teaches the Absolute Sequence, Vinyasa Flow, and Yin Yoga.
His classes are strong yet light-hearted, blending mindful movement with a sense of fun.
His love for music shines through in his carefully curated playlists, creating a unique rhythm and atmosphere in every session.
